6 Maintenance
6.1 Daily Care
Do not use oil, cleanser, or other such agents as listed
below to clean the PV inverter.
Thinner, alcohol, benzene, gas, coal oil, spray cans, cleansers, etc.
Discoloration or deterioration may result.
Do not wipe the PV inverter with a wet cloth.
Doing so could result in an electric shock.
Wear gloves to wipe dry the PV inverter.
Edges around ventilation openings, etc., may cause injury.
Do not touch the PV inverter's ventilation opening or its surroundings when
running or immediately after stopped running. It can be higher than 60
.
Doing so could result in burns.
Always turn off the AC and DC disconnectors, before
performing daily care.
(Electric shock could occur.)
WARNING
CAUTION
Vacuum dust out of the ventilation opening regularly, or about every three
months. Any clogged openings deteriorate ventilation through the PV
inverter, lowering output power.
Clean any contamination from the display with a dry cloth, or something similar.
Regularly, or at least annually, check for any failure or disengagement, or
if the PV inverter has become off-plumb.

Perform daily care of the PV inverter as follows.
1. Hold the POWER switch for two seconds or more, to deactivate the
PV inverter (See p.60).
2. Turn off the DC disconnector.
3. Turn off the AC disconnector.
